Austen Grafa - Psychotherapy and Relational Counseling

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to transform energies of suffering (anxiety, depression, compulsions, etc) into energies of agency (joy, peace, courage, creativity, etc). Our focus will be on shifting away from a reactive state of mind and into Self-Responsibility. As we offer compassion to our habitual patterns, we can increase our ability to tolerate emotional discomfort and build a life of choice. Much of our work can be summed up in the phrase: "Strong Back and Open Heart." It is about reconnecting and trusting your Self, so that you can foster genuine and meaningful relationships with others.
